In response to customers’ demands for quality and high standard ingredients, Aur-Aree Food Product Co.,Ltd. constantly develops and improves our products until we received Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certifications in 2012 from National Food Institute, with support of Ministry of Industry as a part of the Thailand Food Quality to the World project. Also, to enter Halal food market, we set up a system and production process to comply with Islamic law, and in 2015 Aur-Aree Food Product Co.,Ltd. received Halal certification from the Central Islamic Council of Thailand.
GMP Codex
Aur-Aree Food Product Co.,Ltd. is aware of the importance of good production hygiene to make sure that our customers enjoy clean and safe food. Therefore, we improve our production process until we received Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification, according to Codex Alimentarius Supplement to Volume 1B-1997; Annex to CAC/RCP-1 (1969), Rev.4 (2003): Recommended International Code of Practice-General Principle of Food Hygiene.
HACCP
After Aur-Aree Food Product Co.,Ltd. received GMP certification, we raised the standards of our plant-based condiments such as fried garlic and fried shallots to meet the requirements of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). All to assure our customers that their food are free from physical, biological, and chemical hazards.
HALAL
Aur-Aree Food Product Co.,Ltd. being a manufacturer and nationwide supplier of plant-based condiments such as fried garlic, fried shallots, infused oils, aside from improving our production process to apply for Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification, we value Halal food standards highly, in order to reassure our Muslim customers. Products made by Aur-Aree Food Product Co.,Ltd. are certified by the Central Islamic Council of Thailand that they are cooked, mixed, seasoned, or processed according to Islamic law. They are marked with Halal symbol.
